Who is Zeus Soft?
You have probably seen the term “Zeus Soft” within our website, which is the parent company of RadarOpus. In addition to creating the comprehensive software solution that is RadarOpus, Zeus Soft is heavily involved in supporting Homeopathic research.

Who is RadarOpus for?
We believe in supporting the entire homeopathic community, which is why our software is broken down into four packages: mini, silver, gold and diamond. This means that there is a solution for everybody, whether you are setting up your practice or are already well established.
How do you use RadarOpus?
You don’t have to change your methods to fit our software. You can easily filter your Repertorisations by taxonomical family, miasm or related remedies to help you treat your patients in the way that works best for each individual.
RadarOpus is extremely user friendly. Whether you use it on a desktop, laptop or through the mobile app (Synthesis), you can get to grips with the platform using our training videos.
And if you do run into trouble, you can open a ticket with our outstanding technical support team.
What are RadarOpus updates?
We update our software regularly so that we:
- Can continue to provide the very best software,
- Remain in-line with rules dictated by the software industry and
- Ensure our software is compatible with operating systems like Apple and Microsoft, which regularly release new versions of their operating systems.
Updates include the latest compatibility with operating systems, fresh features, new data and tools, and general software improvements. However, you are under no obligation to update the software should you not wish to.
What is peace of mind cover?
Peace of mind cover is a service we offer to all our RadarOpus users. With every software purchase or update you invest in, we will provide complementary updates for a minimum of twelve months. At the end of the twelve months, your cover will continue free of charge until your next payable update.
How much is your tech support?
When you first purchase RadarOpus or invest in a payable update, we will provide free tech support for a minimum of 12 months.
We will also be on-hand with complementary tech support when you update an older version of our software to the latest version.
For support outside of these circumstances, the associated costs are variable. This is because support will come directly from Zeus Soft, at the expense of €50/$60 per session, or a local dealer, which varies.
However, we recommend that you contact our support service initially, as they may be able to guide you to a solution at no charge.
If you require tech support and are not eligible for complimentary support, we recommend that you invest in the latest update rather than pay the one-off cost, as this will ensure at least twelve months of free support.
